Usage

Step 1: Wiggle wand at the base of lashes to build volume at the lash line. Step 2: Sweep upward from root to tip to separate and define lashes. Step 3: Fan outer lashes outward for a lifted eye look. Step 4: Apply additional coats before drying for more dramatic volume. Step 5: Use black on top lashes and brown on bottom lashes for a softer natural finish. Remove with Pixi makeup remover.
