Step 3: Add a small amount along the jawline or under the cheekbones for soft definition. Step 4: Blend with clean fingertips using light tapping motions. Step 5: Layer another swipe for more colour. Step 6: Apply to lips for a coordinated hint of warmth. Step 7: Twist down and replace the cap after use. How to Use Over Makeup Apply with a light hand over foundation, skin tint or On-the-Glow BASE. Tap to blend rather than rubbing so the complexion products underneath remain smooth.
